About

My professional and volunteer work has enabled museums, archives, and other nonprofit and government organizations to further their goals—whether the aim is education, community building, or behavior change. For nearly two decades I have served world-class institutions, including the Smithsonian Institution, the National Gallery of Art, and the National Archives. I also teach graduate courses on museums and technology, web development, and social media for Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University museums studies programs.
